sleeping time

In my hope, if first class is started at around 10am, I can stay up at midnight.
I like midnight and I often study or play at midnight.
So I am often sleepy next day.
I think I should sleep early for the natural rhythm, but I can't.

I want current schedule.

Hello, I'm Ryo.
Sorry for my late posts. in my high school days, I was always having a sleep in class. I have gone to bed in late time,such as 4 a.m. Because I have not been drawn in lessons. But now, I always go to bed early hour and wake up earlier than backward. Many attractive class wait me. my opinion is based on this experience. I think, Schools have to have more attractive and spontaneity classes.


I feel just in well current schedule. Ideal one is faster because of Human mechanism. But It's very hard for students commute by train.

My opinion

Hello!

This news was very interesting because it was relate at our age. I am always sleepy. It is midnight when I go to bed. And the time when I wake up is the time to go to school. I tried to going bed early, but I couldn't do.
I thought the class of Ritsumeikan University started time from a.m. 9 o'clock is good. It's no so early. If it is more late, the time when we go home become late. It's bad. So, I want to it's no change.
I don't know when and why the time changed. But I thanks the person the decided to this time.

sleep time

Hello, everyone.

I'm so sleepy... Well, it's very interesting topic.
If we can change start class time, I hope changing at over 10AM!
I think sleep time is most important of life. If we sleepy, we can't study enough time!(well, of course, philosophy and human is most sleepy time...)
And, if start first class time is over 10AM, we can have leeway to go to the campus.
Anyway, I hope get more sleep time!

The reason I chose this news is this article wrote why teenagers become sleepy during classes. I also often become very, very sleepy during classes. So do you?
According this news, teenagers' biologically rhythm is different from other age people.
So, I think school and university should delay start time of classes , for example as Eric Peterson did so.
if they change start time, we will have more sleep time, and we will become more healthy.I hope that the first class of Ritsumei University start a.m. 10.

What time should we change Ritsumei University started time from 9:00 am to?
